Terms of Service

Authorized use

Use the service only with accounts, repositories, sources, and content that you are authorized to access and modify. You remain responsible for reviewing a note and confirming consequential publication or deletion actions.

Content and attribution

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant the service the limited permission needed to process that content and complete the requested workflow. You are responsible for source permissions, factual review, citations, and compliance with applicable law and repository policies.

Service operation

The service may reject invalid, unsafe, unauthorized, conflicting, or incomplete requests. Tool schemas and publication behavior may evolve through versioned updates while preserving established canonical note identities and access boundaries.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Git history, returned commit identifiers, and live publication checks provide the primary recovery and verification mechanisms.
