• The commit URL or content hash returned by the service.
• Whether the issue concerns authentication, a repository commit, CI deployment, or the live page.

Verification boundary

A successful save confirms a repository commit. The note becomes publicly available only after the configured deployment completes and the canonical URL is reachable.
